The Operations People Ltd is committed to conducting business responsibly and with integrity. We recognise the importance of preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms, including forced labour, bonded labour and exploitation within supply chains.
Although The Operations People Ltd does not currently meet the reporting threshold set out in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (which applies to organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more), we choose to adopt the principles of the legislation and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
The Operations People Ltd provides interim operational and advisory services to organisations, including businesses operating in the creative industries and wider commercial sectors. Our activities are primarily professional services delivered directly by the company or through trusted associates and suppliers.
Given the nature and scale of our work, the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is considered low. Nevertheless, we aim to work only with reputable suppliers and partners who share our commitment to fair employment practices and lawful working conditions. Where appropriate, we undertake reasonable checks when engaging suppliers or contractors and avoid working with organisations where there are concerns about labour standards or ethical practices.
We remain committed to maintaining awareness of modern slavery risks and will review this statement periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the scale and nature of our business.
